Marina Ginzburg, Esq. 

Marina Ginzburg specializes in family law representing clients in divorce, alimony, child support, custody, and equitable distribution. She also provides representation in matters of domestic violence, adoptions, motions for support and parenting time, relocation and enforcement applications.  In addition to appearing before the Family Court, Ms. Ginzburg other areas of practice included landlord/ tenant law and municipal law such as DUI/DWI and Traffic defense matters and have appeared before the Law and Appellate Division. She is a certified Family mediator and an accredited attorney for Veteran’s Benefits with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Ms. Ginzburg graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics and Mathematics.  She obtained her law degree from Pace University where she specialized in Family Law.  Dedicated to helping others, she started her legal career working as a Family Law and Landlord-Tenant attorney for Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she gained hands-on experience in different aspects of family law.

In 2011, she became a member of Ruiz Doolan Law Firm, where she has built a reputation for being an aggressive advocate for her clients. Using her strong knowledge of the financial sector she helps her clients’ achieve the right compensation and distribution in divorce and civil matters.  

Ms. Ginzburg strong advocacy skills and dedication to her clients have been recognized by publications such as SuperLawyers and Bergen Magazine Top Lawyers.
